Job Description:

Datavail has an opportunity for a driven, talented and passionate Dynamics 365 Developer, to join our CRM team working with our US customers who are going through a large-scale application build to upgrade a legacy system. As part of the Development team you will have the opportunity to take ownership and assist with the delivery of these high-profile business solutions. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Dynamics 365 platform within a team of other functional consultants and dedicated .Net developers who will be supporting the writing of Plug-ins and providing the more complex customizations. Working within a SCRUM team of analysts, developers, testers, BA’s and Product Owners you will be taking the solutions through their full development lifecycle and will be working closely with other CRM developers in the team.

Key Skills: 10 years of CRM development expertise with hands on Power Automate, Power Apps, Field Services, Click dimensions and working on On premise CRM as well as D365. 

Required Skills:
• At least 10 years of technical experience implementing Dynamics CRM/365 on-premise and online solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Hands on experience on Power automate, Power apps, Field services Migration tool expertise, Click Dimensions, Scribe Jobs. 
• Willingness to work in UK shift for CRM support tickets, customer interactions on working tickets. 
• Comfortable working in a scrum team.
• Certifications in MS Dynamics CRM, and .NET as well as other Microsoft technologies desirable.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills with client handling exposure.
• At least 5 years’ experience working with C#/.NET applications, working experience with SDK, Plugin, Action, Custom workflow, Web resources (Javascript, Html, etc).
• Experience with Dynamics CRM/D365 data migrations.
• Development experience with other related technologies such as SSIS, SharePoint, Reporting Services (SSRS) or PowerBI.
• Development experience with Dynamics 365 Portals would be beneficial.
• Working experience of integration with other system.
• Ability to work effectively in both an independent and team environments.

Responsibilities:

Developers who work with Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 are responsible for designing, developing, securing, and extending a Dynamics 365 implementation. Candidates implement components of the solution that include application enhancements, custom user experience, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualizations.

• Design, develop, test and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Solutions.
• Develop/maintain plug-ins, workflows and web services of MS Dynamics CRM as needed.
• Research complex problems, find optimal solutions and implement them considering best practices.
• Complete tasks on agile board based on given priorities.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and evaluating customers business processes against the standard CRM functionality, related customizations, configuration, and reports to model the client's organizational 
• Developers who work with Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 are responsible for designing, developing, securing, and extending a Dynamics 365 implementation. 
• Candidates implement components of the solution that include application enhancements, custom user experience, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualizations process.
• Advise customers on best practices for Dynamics CRM/365, development or integration processes.
