Datavail is seeking a Technical Recruiter who will be part of our global recruitment team with a focus on hiring in Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. The recruiter would perform the following roles and responsibilities:

Requirements:
Proven work experience as an IT Technical Recruiter 
6 Years progressive experience in full lifecycle recruiting
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (Taleo a plus)
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute the recruitment process and related programs to ensure all recruitment activities are consistent with the company's vision and values
Full life cycle end to end recruitment of technical resources
Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future workforce needs
Compile, maintain, analyze, and report on data related to recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, new hires, cost per hire, fill rate, and related information
Lead recruitment activities for recruitment, interviewing, and screening of candidates to ensure quality and timely recruitment of new staff
Write and post technical job descriptions
Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Excellent Negotiation skills
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
Compose job offer letters
Onboard new hires
Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
