Dataprise is Hiring a Demand Generation Manager Near Rockville, MD

About the role: Dataprise is looking for a Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels to drive pipeline. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns, including email, events, SEM, digital advertising, and SEO/website optimization. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels (organic and paid channels, webinars, email campaigns, events, and BDR enablement)
  • Coordinate, plan and execute webinars, and other digital events, involving internal stakeholders
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, infographics, etc.)
  • Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Manage website content, optimizations, and updates including customer journey enhancements, UI/UX design, content strategy, SEM strategy, SEO, and A/B website testing to improve traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue.
  • Drive testing, reporting, optimization and analysis on channel performance to identify KPIs, benchmarks and key levers that will inform new strategies to improve engagement

What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

  • 5 years of experience in Marketing with a proven track record of demand generation and lead generation at a B2B company
  • Experience with marketing and sales platforms. Proficiency in HubSpot’s marketing automation to attract and engage leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers
  • Experience with digital inbound and outbound marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • A proven ability to take ownership of a problem and see it to a successful conclusion
  • Highly-driven, self-motivated with a proven track record delivering results
  • Detail orientated and willing to roll-up sleeves and get things done
  • Bonus skills: Dynamics CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS
  • Positive, team player and passionate
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business or Communications, or equivalent work experience
