Responsibilities:
As a UX Developer, you will be passionate about new technologies, driving change through
data, and use customer obsessed design processes to create products and services.
Continuously improve the usability and aesthetics of the Data Theorem experience for security
teams around the globe.
You will:
Collaborate cross-functionally to guide new features, gather feedback and actionable
insights from customers and users.
Partner and work closely with other designers, engineering, sales, and company
leadership from design concept to design solution, setting UX guidelines and driving
cross-team collaboration and sharing.
Have a strong understanding of design system that includes design patterns,
components, and guidelines.
Have experience in designing for complex SaaS enterprise software and dashboards,
ideally where some of the software s users are developers.
Conduct wire-framing, design and map out user flows, and work with Researchers to
audit system.
Work in a start-up style environment, where iteration is encouraged, and design acumen
is demonstrated through design end-to-end product ownership.
Simplify complex ideas and create intuitive experiences, using research and data to
identify opportunities and inform decisions.
Engage with different audiences and varying levels of the organization to drive solutions
forward.
Earn trust with key partners to develop a shared vision through excellent storytelling,
presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Be a key member of a small, talented team, and have a tremendous and direct impact
on the company and products.
Qualifications:
5 years of design experience.
3 years of delivering design solutions as a UX developer and designer.
Knowledge and understanding of Figma.
Experience prototyping (Semantic HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Axure, Jira, Miro).
The ability to wear multiple hats and who thrives in a startup, fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Nice to have:
Experience with Sketch, Penpot, Zeplin, and ProtoPie.
