Job Responsibilities:
The Senior UX designer will be a full stack designer with 5 years’ experience who will be working with developers, product managers, other designers, and users. Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in interactive design, information architecture and visual design
• Have experience designing applications, from consumer-facing to internal tools.
• Experience interfacing with internal and Government personnel
• Experience creating high fidelity prototypes
• Lead product design from research through implementation
• Maintain a user-centered approach while respecting business needs
• Experience working in an agile design environment
• Bring deep experience in at least one facet of the 3 facets of design:
  • User research
  • Interaction design
  • Visual design
• Design Portfolio including application design
• Ability to engage with stakeholders to obtain required information
• Facilitation related to research of and for application users
• BA (or demonstration of ability to satisfy the necessary education)
• Must be US Citizenship as required per gov’t contract

• Active member of the design community
• Experience using Figma for prototyping
