• Experience as an IT Functional Analyst/Business Analyst
• Experience developing use cases and user stories
• Understand relational data models, experience importing data from systems and working with data for use in reports, data calls, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs
• Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Understand the business process mapping or operational redesign/improvement, documenting process flow.
• Serves as the primary intermediary between the customer and the development team throughout the project's life cycle
• Communicates with project stakeholders regarding test results and changes to the end-product requirements

• 3 years experience as IT Functional Analyst/Business Analyst
• At least a "secret" level security clearance is required
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related filed or equivalent experience
• Experience with User Testing
• Experience with the MS Office suite including, Visio, PowerPoint, Word & Excel
• US Citizen

• Experience/knowledge of the Navy ERP/SAP data structures 
• Business Analysis (PBA) certification or equivalent
