Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architect to be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. This is a long-term commitment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive the Business Process Management cycle, facilitating the optimization and automation of business processes. 
• Develop and maintain the process architecture in ArchiMate.
• Passionate about Business Process Management, driving process efficiency and standardization globally.
• Detail the Process Architecture into business process models and perform the BPM cycle.
• Pragmatic, able to balance long term strategic direction with short term needs. 
• Comfortable in working in an Agile delivery model enabling fast delivery of the investment portfolio continuously ensuring strategy objectives are achieved.
• An excellent communicator who easily can interact with management in the domain, able to convey complex process and IT subjects in senior management terminology.
• The coach for Lead and Solution Architects.
• Open to learn, always having an outside-in view focused on the customer to ensure that the Architecture of the domain anticipates timely on market developments and customer needs.
• A thought-leader, able to pro-actively align the Process Architecture with the Enterprise Architecture.

Education & Experience:

• Over 5 years of experience in Process Architecture.
• University-Level Education (MSc).
• Experience in the financial industry.
• Excellent communication in speech and writing in English.
• Proven affinity with digital business models.
  • Certified for TOGAF ©, ArchiMate ©
  • Thorough understanding of BPM, BPMN modelling notation and SOA technologies and practices.
  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and industry known Process Classification Frameworks (APQC)
  • Broad understanding of strategy and architecture modelling standards.
  • Thorough understanding of financial industry business models and specific business processes.
• Experience in business and IT strategy development.

Secondary Roles:

• Motivate, inspire, and facilitate a functional team of Solution Architects and Process Experts securing Process Architecture alignment and proper execution of the BPM cycle.
• Lead Process Discovery workshops with other Lead Architects, Process Owners, Process experts, Solution Architects to design the Process Architecture.
• Ensure the use of standard enterprise modelling tools and enforce the use of modelling standards and notations.
• Establish a Community of Practice that can create and maintain the Process Architecture.
• Participate in BPM governance by verifying process models for structural and behavioral correctness.
• Ensure process architecture is embedded in the business domains while being accountable for the timely creation of architecture deliverables (Blueprints, Program Roadmaps, PI Vision Documents, Baseline Architecture, Lifecycle Management Roadmaps) meeting Enterprise Architecture quality criteria.
• Actively contribute to improve the Enterprise Architecture by closely cooperating with Enterprise Architecture and other Lead Architects.
• Ensure the baseline Process Architecture is always up to date and meets the ArchiMate modelling standards.
