Position Title: Branch Manager
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for the overall daily operations of customer service and dispatch of the assigned location(s). The Branch Supervisor should help maintain profitability by controlling branch labor, and expenses, and limiting potential service issues. The Branch Supervisor, through training, auditing, and enforcing company procedures/policies should help identify issues and solutions to help improve workflow and improve policy adherence.
Primary Job Functions:
- Work with customers and employees to ensure ease of doing business, proper compliance as required, and evaluate/implement customer-specific work instructions in conjunction with company policy.
- Take part in the hiring process of new employees.
- Participate in weekly/monthly management /annual meetings, delegation of work as required, overseeing weekly reporting.
- Investigates root cause of service failures related to work performed by the branch operations team and documents findings via the non-conformance report.
- Supervise Dispatchers / CSR’s / Drivers.
- Create / post employee weekly schedule and manage time off.
- Verify Overtime on the weekly report.
- May assist with Driver settlements, deductions, adjustments, and daily revenue review.
- May assist with Driver payroll for (Zero Dollar pay report, Split driver Revenue Report).
- Investigating / Reporting / Documenting Service Issues.
- Help to train new and current employees on the proper execution of duties and reporting of issues for root cause analysis.
- Serve as an after hours on-call contact.
- Perform any / all job functions as needed.
