The Marketing Coordinator will support the work of the Marketing Director and Executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits, developing sales strategies, marketing campaigns and internal employee engagement/communications. The Marketing Coordinator is assisting with all public relations, online presence, tradeshows or events, and print media efforts.

Specific Job Duties Include:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support Marketing Executives in organization of various projects
• Assist in organization of promotional events and campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Supervise the proper implementation of marketing materials and corporate brand for all DAS Health departments
• Assist in company website maintenance
• Update existing collateral and create flyers as needed
• Generate content for company website, weekly newsletter, press releases, and other deliverables as needed
• Assist planning and set up of tradeshows and marketing events
• Other Duties and Responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of marketing principles
• Capacity to learn and understand the nuances of the healthcare IT industry
• Ability to analyze situations or data and deliver sound judgement
• Exceptional communication ability, working with both internal and external audiences
• Understanding of latest technologies and how to apply them in marketing
• Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
• Be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts that correspond to tangible results
• Previous in-house marketing or agency experience
• Experience with social media management for business

Strongly Preferred:

• Previous marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Some graphic arts and/or editing experience
