Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
• Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
• Suggest design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI with internal team support
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Present digital marketing strategies to clients from the internal team
• Report on digital performance metrics monthly
• Analyze digital campaigns success
• Stay up to date with digital technology trends 
• Work closely with various departments to ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Must be able to serve as a liaison between the agency and client and vice versa
• Ability to manage multiple accounts 
• Must be able to efficiently operate and communicate in pressure-based scenarios 
• Knowledge of all digital marketing products and tools
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and willingness to learn

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar experience
• Proven Account Management experience
• 3-5 years of experience in paid search campaign management
• Google Certified 
• Trade Desk or any similar DSP Certification is a plus 
• Data storytelling experience
• History of account growth and retention in an ad agency-based environment
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Ability to analyze data from search engines, analytics packages, and internal data and make actionable decisions and recommendations with internal team input
• Ad copywriting experience
• Understanding of basic URL structure and tracking functions
• Understanding of digital marketing components and their interdependency 
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced digital agency and digitally savvy
