Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a tenacious engineer to lead a fast-paced agile development team on a high visibility contract. The candidate must be able to drive and work with their team to use best practices in DevSecOps to drive change in the cleared government sector. Our software engineers are asked to solve challenging problems for unique customers and have a direct impact on the direction of software products and solutions used by those customers. The successful candidate will design, develop, document, test and debug application software. In addition, the candidate will create a product that will provide a simple method for our existing client to create, scan and run micro services in a lightweight environment. Other daily tasks may include but are not limited to: 

• Analyze coding problems and develops improvements to procedures.
• Exercise independent judgment. Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement software code (such as HTML, CGI, and JavaScript) for a component of the website.
• Perform Technical Customer Service, Customer Management and Technical Customer Escalations.
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Cloud Native programming languages
• 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Knowledge of full software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Writing well designed, testable code
• Deploying programs and evaluating user feedback
• Integrating software components into a fully functional software system
• Knowledge and experience of Python, Java, HTML, Node.JS, etc. 
• Expertise to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug and implement high quality code
• Experience with computing environments including cloud and containerized solutions
• Cultivating a "security first" and "test first" approach to test-driven development
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for implementations
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
