What You Will Do

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices. Strong attention to detail is required and the ability to quickly and accurately resolve discrepancies.

• Processing invoices- PO matching, standard entry
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Processes check requests
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Verify vendor accounts payable monthly by reconciling statements
• Process credit card payments
• File all processed invoices
• Assists with other tasks and projects as needed

What We Need In You

• High School diploma or GED, required
• 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferred.
• Detail orientated
• Good with basic math
• Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize work
• Maintain confidentiality
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to meet deliverables
• Team player but can also work independently
