Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Dog Groomer to join our team! You will be responsible for the overall care and well-being of the animals at our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general care tasks such as caring and grooming of the animals
- Assist in keeping the facility clean and sanitized
- Keep records of any abnormalities you see in a pet such as; watery eyes, bad skin, matting, growths, dirty ears etc.
- Assist in checking in clients if not busy, and helping get the facility ready each morning to start the day
- Keeping a calm attitude, no yelling or mistreating pets for any reason
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dog grooming
- Passion to help and treat animals
- Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
We are a family owned pet salon. Our growing business is in need of an experienced and dependable dog groomer that loves to make fur babies beautiful. We understand that most people have family’s so we offer flexible scheduling. We have a receptionist so you don’t have to go through the hassle of stopping to check in and out your clients. We also offer bathers if you choose to use them. We try to make the grooming process smooth as possible for everyone. We do not over book any groomers on large dogs. We are a well known grooming salon so we do have high standards in how our fur babies look walking out of our door.
