Our highly rated, multi-specialty dental office in Danvers is seeking a skilled Dental Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of dental terminology and procedures, proficiency in using Dentrix dental software, and the ability to multitask. This is not an entry level position.
Responsibilities
•The Dental Office Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure the dental office operates smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis
•The Dental Office Manager oversees the daily operations and staffing, and ensures systems and protocols are in place and functioning effectively
•Managing the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including staffing, staff scheduling and maximizing patient scheduling and flow including productive full schedules for providers
•Overseeing billing and collections, including managing insurance claims and working with patients to resolve any billing issues
•Managing patient records, ensuring accuracy and maximizing collections on a daily basis
•Implementing office policies and procedures and HIPAA compliance
•Supervising office staff, including dental hygienists, assistants, and admin staff
•Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
•Handling patient complaints and resolving issues as they arise
•Developing and maintaining positive relationships with patients and staff
Min of 2 years dental experience required with a proven track record of organization and follow through. Understanding of dental procedures required, Dentrix preferred.
