DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time management position has a flexible schedule that is able to accommodate almost any schedule.

As a Restaurant Assistant Shift Manager, you lead our restaurant crew to success by creating excellent dining experiences for our guests. As an energetic leader, you create and maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and positivity. You inspire your team to take pride in their work and produce quality results while adhering to food safety requirements. You actively support our positive culture and uphold our service and quality standards, ensuring our guest's visit is the highlight of their week.

With great attention to detail, you perform all shift management functions and store operations. You open and close our store according to company standards which includes counting the nightly inventory and maintaining cash control. Additionally, you handle all customer concerns with professionalism and respect. Leading by example, you uphold our cleaning standards and keep the store organized.

Every day, you demonstrate your commitment to hard and honest work. Your team members follow your example of excellence and look up to you. When the need arises, you cover any position in the restaurant to keep things running smoothly. As you provide amazing customer service, you take pride in ensuring the success of our restaurant.
