The company where you can make an impact and bring value. Job Summary: The National Account Manager is the key sales representative of AgVision Software and Products. This person’s responsibilities include sales and marketing efforts, product demos and sales presentations, client and prospects tracking and reporting, trade shows, as well as assisting with product development. Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Self-motivated to prospect, generating organic leads. Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Presenting and negotiating all Good Faith Estimates and Purchase Orders with prospective clients. Product demos of AgVision Software Solutions. Obtaining deposits and balance of payments from clients. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Preparing weekly and monthly sales/prospecting reports. Organization and upkeep of customer data through AgVision provided CRM and Customer Database. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Plan, organize and travel to on-site visits with clients and prospects, as well as to trade shows and business meetings. Assisting with AgVision marketing efforts including but not limited to: Trade shows and conferences Associations & Memberships Company Goals: Meet or exceed annual QSR0 Sales Forecast on New Licenses and Back to Base Sales. Monitor the agribusiness marketplace and do market research to assist management in their planning and decision-making process. Acquire knowledge and stay currently informed about the competition and industry trends. Keep abreast of AgVision products and services that are in development and/or AgVision producers and services that recently have been released to the field. Actively seek ways to develop and enhance business profitability through a variety of channels and business approaches. Knowledge and Abilities: Must possess a knowledge of: AgVision, Cultura, & Volaris policies and procedures. Ag industry knowledge as well as knowledge of ag software services is a plus. Effectively communicate verbally, written, and email. Basic computer operation knowledge. Motivated to learn systems and allocate the time for sales success. Interacts with customers, suppliers, public, co-works, and management. Always behaves professionally and ethically. Attends all required and applicable training sessions. Travel for business to and from customer and prospect sites, trade shows and business meetings. Must be able to operate a vehicle and have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
