The Registered Nurse or Clinical Services Specialist while on duty is responsible for urgent patient consultations, questions, and assistance with administering TB testing, supervise self-administered Covid-19 testing, and CPR/BLS training as needed.

What You Will Do

• Administers PDD Skin tests (Tuberculosis Test).
• Supervises Self-administered Covid-19 testing and provides CPR training as needed.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of Federal, State and Local laws and regulations pertaining to the activities and clinical functions assigned.
• Assists in the evaluation, development and effectiveness of systems and protocols for TB testing, Covid-19 testing and CPR and/or BLS training.
• Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations as needed.
• Work with Human Resources related to employee incident reporting of injuries, illnesses, and exposures. Assists in incident/exposure investigation, and in the monitoring of employee illnesses for trends as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program that is accredited and satisfies the licensing requirements of the California State Board of Nursing for Registered Nurses. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License
• At least one-year RN experience in a direct patient care setting required.
• Ability to interpret adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Must have own CPR training equipment or willing to purchase before contract.
• Experience teaching CPR and BLS required.
• CPR and/or BLS INSTRUCTOR Certification required

• Compensation: $45 per hour.
