D&L, a leading HVAC Mechanical Contractor based in Northeast Arkansas, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our expanding team. With our service areas spanning the Southeast United States, we cater to both industrial and commercial markets. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting plans, scheduling work crews, and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded. Responsibilities

  • Interpret and understand construction drawings and specifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate work crews and material deliveries.
  • Manage and maintain schedules for multiple projects.
  • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Identify critical issues and challenges that could impact project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Ability to perform building layouts and supervise work sites.
  • Experience with scheduling subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Project Management (preferred).

Compensation

The starting salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
