Cytrellis Biosystems is Hiring a Sales Operations Manager Near Woburn, MA

Summary:

As a member of our Sales Operations team, you’ll play an important role in the continued success and growth of the sales organization. The Sales Operations Manager supports functions essential to sales force productivity. These include Financial Planning and Analysis activities for the Sales Organization, budget and forecast development, month-end analytics, and reporting. The Sales Operations Manager works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis activities for the Global Sales Organization – budget and forecast development, month-end analytics, and reporting
  • Assist with the sales planning and execution process including territory design and compensation design and analytics
  • Global revenue reporting & analytics through trend analysis, field input, standard reporting and ad hoc reporting
  • Identify, implement, and drive improvement to make systems and processes more efficient and scalable
  • Recommend innovative process/reporting solutions that will enhance the current approach
  • Provides input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
  • Oversees sales compensation plan administration. Establish sales compensation program rules, policies and procedures. Ensures sufficient resources are assigned to adequately administer sales compensation programs.
  • Works closely with Accounting, Finance and Human Resources to establish rules, policies and procedures associated with sales compensation.
  • Proactively collaborate with sales to design compensation strategy and quotas that meet business objectives
  • Respond to and resolve complex incentive compensation calculation issues
  • Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Supports sales management with sales presentations
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field
  • 7 years’ experience in finance, sales operations or an equivalent combination of work related experience
  • Experience in business analysis including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel required
  • Experience with salesforce.com CRM
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
