Summary:

The Marketing Communications Manager plays a critical role in building a strong brand image. This position is responsible for the social media content and campaigns; metrics analysis and improvement recommendations are provided to Management on a regular basis. In collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing, the MarCom Manager leads the development and execution of the online marketing activities including but not limited to pay-per-click (PPC), surveys and lead nurturing campaigns. Trade show exhibit planning, logistics, bookings and post-show evaluations are also the responsibility of the MarCom Manager. Attending up to four (4) key trade shows a year may be required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and execute social media content, calendar and campaigns
• Design and schedule e-mail marketing activities including email campaigns, lead nurturing, drip campaigns, etc.
• Management of online programs including development/optimization of PPC, landing pages, webinars, surveys and re-marketing campaigns
• Copy writing for all activities consistent with brand messaging and standards
• Management and maintenance of in-house mailing and suppression lists, including importing data into CRM, updates and hygiene within the system
• Generation of routine site analytics reports, analyzing site traffic data and providing improvement recommendations to management
• Collaboration with Product Marketing Manager on campaigns for major initiatives such as new product launches, trade show events, etc.
• Identification and management of new online initiatives supporting social media tie-ins
• Trade show planning, booking and logistics including booth layouts, booking travel & services, documentation of expenses, post-event follow up

• Source promotional and advertising materials, obtain competitive pricing
• Creation and presentation of research and reports
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 years related experience in successful marketing roles
• Knowledge of aesthetic medical device highly preferred
• Proven ability to execute projects within timeline and budget
• Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with sales teams
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce, Pardot
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to handle time constrained projects simultaneously
• Availability to travel up to ~15%, when necessary
