Job Title: Application Production Support Engineer

Job Location: Westlake TX, Raleigh NC, Merrimack NH, Smithfield Ri, Boston MA

Job Type:  Contract 

Job Description:

Pay Range: $55hr - $50hr

Must have Skills:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes (L1,L2 and L3).
• L2 supports experience for applications on Tomcat, Java, Oracle and Informatica.
• Hands-on experience in Shell scripting.
• Experience in performing root cause analysis.
• Create incidents and service requests.
• Ability to coordinate with L3 teams for resolution of Incidents as necessary.
• Understanding and Knowledge of AWS/cloud deployment.

Good to Have Skills:

• AWS certification.
• Understanding of SRE good practices.
• Ansible Automation.
