Cynchealth is Hiring a Technical Project Manager Near La Vista, NE

Position Summary:

The Technical Project Manager analyzes business and project needs to create supporting workflows. This position develops strategies tailored to the specific project and provides guidance throughout the scope of projects to ensure milestones are achieved and deliverables met. The Technical Project Manager will manage department projects and deadlines in coordination with the leadership team. This role will involve active engagement with internal resources, participants/clients, and outside vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Data & Analytics department to organize tasks and projects as directed by leadership and their delegates.
  • Serve as resource for enterprise projects and stakeholders.
  • Serve as technical lead on managing, maintaining and operating enterprise product pertaining to technical project management (JIRA, TeamDynamix).
  • Organize work schedules and assigned tasks related to assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with leadership to complete projects, related activities, and project deliverables.
  • Routinely complete complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues with consistency, urgency, and accuracy.
  • Support the Agile / Scrum / ITSM / Continuous Improvement and ITIL frameworks.
  • Maintain updates in relevant dashboards to provide visibility to project status.
  • Schedule and, as needed, lead meetings related to assigned projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing professional, proactive, and consistent communication.
  • Protect assets and the integrity, security and privacy of information entrusted to or maintained by the organization.
  • Model CyncHealth’s values and Code of Conduct.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health information management or related area. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in project management.
  • PMP and/or scrum master certification or equivalent or willingness to obtain required.
  • Strong clinical and technical understanding.
  • 3 years of experience working in health information and data management.
  • Highly proficient in Jira, Lucidchart, Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneNote
  • Functional knowledge of project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing and sometimes ambiguous environment, identifying key priorities and driving new solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Extended working hours and overnight travel may be necessary.
  • Light work requiring exertion up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Ability to work from La Vista, NE office with reliable and predictable attendance.
