Job Description Required skills, experience, and job requirements. - Strong working knowledge of SAP - Strong analytical skills - Strong Microsoft Excel skills - Strong oral and written communication - Experience with broker reports / duty drawback process is a plus - Attention to detail and the ability to collate export/import packages - Gathering and analyzing data - Interpreting gathered data - Submitting reports to the relevant department heads and management - Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data - Establishing new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization - The candidate must be capable of needing minimal instruction, able to work independently, good communication skills and ability to capture reporting requirements, create reports, and formulate procedural manuals - Must be able to create Pivot Tables and use VLookup to merge/determine variables between sheets, etc - Associate will need to have the capabilities to access databases and have a good understanding of SAP (1-2 years), using external Excel sheets to categorize data (import and export data), doing aged calculations using current date versus created date and categorizing incidents using this information.
