What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare legal reports and communicate with clients
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, discovery responses/demands, responses to Court Orders
- Appear in Court, handle arbitrations/mediations, trial preparation
- JD from Accredited Law School
- Admission to Ohio Bar
- 3 years experience handling worker's comp cases
- Bonus points for portable clients/book of business
