Job Title: AP Specialist
Location: Temple, TX
Salary: $19 - $23 per hour (DOE)
Requirements: Hands-on experience in all functions related to A/P including: coding, submitting, and distributing / Ability to maintain positive vendor relations
Additional ways in which a candidate may stand out would be:
- Previous experience posting invoices
- Ability to read and decipher A/P-related reporting and make proper adjustments when required
- Statement reconciliation knowledge and ability to prepare monthly
- Detail-oriented and ability to use MS Office
What You Will Be Doing
- Post vendor invoices after obtaining proper approvals and coding details
- Work through and resolve purchase order issues with Buyers and other supplier partners
- Assist greater team is preparations for annual audit
- Monitor receipts reporting and ensure timely posting of invoices
- File invoices and other general accounts payable admin responsibilities
- Partner with other departments within the organization to resolve discrepancies on purchase orders
