CVS Health is Hiring a Sales Executive Near Chicago, IL

Job Description
The sales executive will….
‑ Develop new business opportunities which lead to profitable sales
‑ Manage existing relationships with brokers and consultants, network and grow relationships with new brokers and consultants
‑ Manage and lead meetings such as finalists and capabilities presentations
‑ Recommends plans, products, and services that meet the customer’s needs while also meeting internal revenue growth and profit objectives
‑ Collaborate with internal partners for cross-sell opportunities with new and existing customers.
‑ Partner with account managers and plan sponsor liaisons on post-sale activities including implementation.
‑ Be based in the Chicagoland area with minimal travel around the United States
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Aetna International during a time of unprecedented growth and expansion. The position includes a salary plus a sales incentive compensation plan.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 48,300
Maximum: 99,300
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- Must live in Chicago or the surrounding suburbs
- 1 years previous insurance sales experience at a carrier, consultant, or broker
- Some travel required (up to 20%) around Midwest, United States
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, environment
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working in a team environment
- High proficiency in managing and conducting in-person and virtual meetings
- Insurance Producer License.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years selling through producer or direct producer and distribution channels
- Experience working with international customers
Education
College degree or equivalent experience.
