Crises Services Coordinator- (Project Management)

CVS Health
Phoenix, AZ Remote Full Time
POSTED ON 1/14/2024 CLOSED ON 2/3/2024

What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crises Services Coordinator- (Project Management) position at CVS Health?

The Crisis Services Coordinator role is essential in oversight of a robust crisis system that supports three counties and more than half of the state’s population, including both rural and urban settings and collaboration with tribal nations. Crisis services are available to all individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis, not just Mercy Care members, which requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, track and trend significant data, and assist in improving processes to build upon the current crisis system.
Significant to this role is the joint oversight of a statewide crisis line provider that serves as the central crisis line hub across the state of Arizona, which can manage data across multiple crisis providers, manage the call center, utilize a data repository, and with data host a bed registry dashboard to provide real-time availability for beds to ensure those in crisis are able to get to the right level of care at the right time. The Crisis Services Coordinator will be instrumental in the ongoing enhancement of this project and oversight to ensure crisis services in our three counties are functioning, available, and serving all those in need.
The Crisis Services Coordinator will work with providers within the crisis system to ensure requirements are being met and the community is being served, including the crisis line vendor, crisis mobile teams, and crisis facilities. The second Crisis Services Coordinator position will work alongside the other Crisis Services Coordinator to manage meetings with providers, using a strategic plan for the crisis system to guide goals and track progress, as well as reviewing and presenting on data as needed. Paramount to the success of the crisis system is the collection and analysis of the data provided by internal and external sources, which requires strong data analysis skills.
The Crisis Services Coordinator while not primarily involved with the CIT Training will still be supportive of our role in attending and helping the training as needed, which may include assisting with finding subject matter experts to present in the training, sending invites, being available in the training to help with coffee/snacks and other needs that may arise, and/or other logistics related to the class.
The Crisis Services Coordinator will assist in community activities, including the Annual Standdown, National Guard Warrior Games, HOPE events, and other community events to promote the crisis system in our region. Some of these activities include hosting a table of information and providing information to the community about Mercy Care as a plan, but most specifically about our services to support those in crisis.
