Position Summary
CVS Health has an opportunity for a Benefits Setup Representative II. This position performs key centralized Benefits Coding Analyst activities and works closely with Coding Advisors, Benefit Relationship Managers, Benefits Coding Managers, and others as needed to assure operational excellence with meeting quality standards.This position will be expected to maintain the client benefit plan set up within the Health Plan Client Benefits department. They are expected to demonstrate a high level of client service through the execution of accuracy, responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism on every interaction. This position will support these efforts for the following programs such as Commercial, Medicare D, Medicaid, EGWP, Affordable Care Act, HealthCare Reform, etc.Required Qualifications
2 years of data analytics experience within the Healthcare and or PBM industry.Preferred Qualifications

- 2 years of Coding experience - 2 years of Claims experience- Experience with AS400 / RxCLAIM - Knowledge of health care industry, Medical Claims, Health Insurance, Retail or Pharmacy highly preferred. - Thorough understanding of RxCLAIM platform/system applications - Proficient in analyzing and executing clinical and non-clinical client work requests - Well organized with the ability to effectively and independently prioritize work - Excellent time management skills - Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work in a team environment - Ability to work successfully in a deadline-oriented environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient use Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word - Working knowledge of 


High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $27.90

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
