About Us:

Custom Steam Solutions Inc. is a cohort of steam and thermal engineering experts with many years of on-field experience in system analytics. Our partners come from a background with varied industry verticals with extensive geographical experience. We are Certified Energy Managers who are affiliated with Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and Association of Energy Engineers.

We have a TSSA and ASME approved fabrication shop located in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada & East Dundee, Illinois in USA. All our welders are registered with TSSA. We manufacture pressure vessels, tanks, pressure piping, custom skids, process piping. We serve in Hospitals, Food, Pharmaceutical, Beverage and Manufacturing industry.

What we need

• Build and assembles control valves, block valves as per the request from the office or onsite technician or sales team.
• Skid packages wiring and conduit required to be done in the shop. Test the panels as required in the shop.
• Support onsite technician either by delivering products to them or having it ready in the shop.
• Attend service call at customer site and troubleshoot to resolve issues on different system.
• Help pipefitter in the shop in assembling skids if required.
• Assist in onsite commissioning and sign off projects.
• Pick up and drop off material from vendors, customers as required in the company provided vehicle.
• The job position is physically challenging and require bending, kneeling, working on ladders. Should be able to lift 23 kg is required.
• Be able to operate forklift and scissor lift as required, proper training will be provided.
• Team oriented with the ability to work with others in a multi-cultural environment.
• Able to work under little supervision, self motivated, well disciplined, good attendance record
• Work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Have a valid driver license in good standing.
• Must be reliable and willing to work onsite as required.
• Need to complete and follow Health and Safety training requirements as needed.

Requirements :

• Experience : 1-2 years in warehouse facility preferred, but willing to train.
• Experience working on Steam- Condensate system, Hot water system, HVAC system is an asset but not required.
• Forklift experience : 1 year in an industrial setting preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
