Custom Software Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to develop and implement interagency technology solutions to support CRA modernization.The selected candidate will assist during identification, building, and implementation of technology solutions to

implement modernized CRA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a variety of services including but not limited to providing an independent perspective, providing recommendations if directed by Board staff or by Board designated employee(s) and drafting deliverables to help support stakeholder buy-in and external credibility for interagency collaboration
• Provide ongoing program operational support in the following areas: Program management, Dependency management, Stakeholder management, Vendor selection process, Alignment of IT roadmap with expected business outcomes, Tracking and management of key performance metrics.
• Assist in establishing Program Office for a multi-year interagency effort:
• Create a Strategic Program Plan
• Create Program Management Plan, including management of risks, stakeholders,

communications, vendors, dependencies

• Define sequenced initiatives to achieve outcomes
• Create Master Program Schedule, including dependencies
• Create Value Realization Plan, including key metrics
• Provide ongoing program operational support in the following areas: Program management, Dependency management, Stakeholder management, Vendor selection process, Alignment of IT roadmap with expected business outcomes, and Tracking and management of key performance metrics. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• US Citizen
• Ten (10) years of experience with program management in public regulatory agencies involving multiple stakeholders.
• Five (5) years of experience with financial services industry consulting, including demonstrated expertise with public sector engagements.
• Five (5) years of experience identifying program risks and developing mitigation
• Program management and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in building processes that foster effective communication and collaboration between groups with overlapping responsibilities in complex organizations.
• Demonstrated evaluation and change management skills.
• Ability to engage, collaborate, influence, negotiate with customers, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors; adept at framing the problem, scoping the work, defining delivery processes, and developing key success measures.
• Ability to deepen business knowledge and build relationships that lead to participation in
• innovation activities and adoption of successful solutions.
• Skilled at building relationships across business units and corporate functions to influence process or policy changes.
• Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas in an engaging and easy to understand way.
• Ensure consideration of the holistic view of the initiative(s) including end-to-end business processes for implementation.

EDUCATION:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience
