The company is seeking to hire a CNC Programmer with MasterCam background to create and modify 3,4, and 5 axis machines. The position offers an individual to use their full skill set to advance the interests of the company. • Edit, set up, and operate CNC equipment to produce product according to print specifications; programming capabilities a plus
• Troubleshoot programs including speeds, feeds and tooling
• Verify and document in process work orders
• Ensure quality product by using necessary measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers and pi tapes
• Basic maintenance on equipment
• Meet production deadlines by following manufacturing schedule and procedures

• High school graduate with Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree (BSME) preferred
• MasterCam, Solidworks, and/or Autocad background to create and modify 3,4, and 5 axis CNC milling and turning machines
• 3-4 years experience with CNC and CAD/CAM programming software
• SolidWorks or AutoCad preferred
• Knowledge to design tooling, fixtures, and provide job quoting
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Blueprint Reading is a must
• Good Organizational Skills
