Job Summary:
This position will assist the Tooling department in all aspects of mold construction, maintenance, and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of mold making with little direction or supervision.
- Thorough knowledge of the tool shop equipment.
- General mold design and problem solving.
- Issue delivery/status reports on a regular basis to Foreman or Tooling Manager.
- Maintain schedule of new builds, preventative maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Other jobs as required.
Training:
- Much have High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5 Years extensive mold making experience.
Physical Demand/Work Environment:
- Able to lift 60 pounds.
- Ability to work long hours when deadlines require.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Good motor skills.
