OVERVIEW
This person is responsible for the stewardship, direction and daily operation of all aspects of Information Technology (IT) in a K-12 school district. This individual is responsible for IT infrastructure (networking, servers, operating systems, applications and support) as well as Instructional Technology including but not limited to: assessment tools, curriculum and course development, student information systems, test development, virtual learning environments, course management systems, wiki’s and moodle, audio visual tools, library management systems, whiteboards and a variety of audio-visual and classroom technologies.
