Role Description: We are looking for a wildly creative, analytical, and inspiring leader with a proven track record of building iconic, consumer brands and leading end-to-end creative teams. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will develop and oversee the internal creative organization across copy, design, art direction, production, and operations and across our two consumer brands: www.curology.com and www.withagency.comThe right candidate for the job will be a seasoned leader who is driven to deliver real business results by leading a team to deliver breakthrough creative from mind and heart-opening top of the funnel brand campaigns to hard-working bottom of the funnel direct response advertising. Experience overseeing an internal team at a modern high growth ecommerce (ideally subscription based) or technology company is a plus. We look for leaders who are curious, kind, and proactive.
