What You'll Do: 

• Manage and enhance the full landscape of networking from remote branches to Data Centers and Cloud 
• Leverage observability tools to build and enhance monitoring across the network topology 
• Build highly resilient multi – region infrastructure spanning on-prem and cloud 
• Actively participate in the architecture and build out of the cloud infrastructure 
• Act as an escalation point for break/fix issue resolution 
• Always be innovating and improving our infrastructure and processes 
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed and address issues during off hours

What We're Looking For: 

• 7 years of supporting enterprise class network technology highly preferred in most of the following areas:
  • Experience with SD-WAN
  • Data Center Support (Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus)
  • Experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFWs 
  • IP Telephony (Cisco VOIP desired, NICE voice recording and FAX services a plus)
  • Experience managing Wireless networks (Cisco Wireless Desired)
  • Load Balancer Support (Citrix NetScaler, F5)
• Proven knowledge of networking technologies and protocols (WiFi, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN) 
• Strong experience using infrastructure-as-code 
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring platforms and protocols 
• Experience with AWS and Azure 
• Strong technical curiosity and “let’s figure it out” superpowers 
• Knowledge of managing Digital Certificates
