The Business Intelligence Analyst II at CURO is responsible for helping to build out a robust reporting environment while being a productive member of the Business Intelligence Team. The individual should analyze requests from various departments and design processes, data sets, and automation tools that provides faster, simpler, and more stable results that add value across the entire company.

What you will be doing: 

• You will continuously aid in development utilizing the CURO - Heights BI technology stack while adhering to best practices from across the analytics industry
• Translate business needs into high-level technical specifications and design
• Perform all the steps required for analyses including requirements gathering, methodology development, data pulling, data processing, analysis, insight formulation and results delivery
• Query data from SQL databases to provide valuable insights and reporting for all business units
• Develop deep understanding of the various business processes, data sets and BI deliverables
• Automate existing processes to empower business units to conduct analyses

What you should have: 

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Field
• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data, or risk analysis
• You have experience with SQL
• Experience with BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with a scripting language preferred (PowerShell, Python, C#, etc.)
• Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
• Ability to interface with business leaders
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests
