"Cura" is expanding it's consulting services into the Hospitality, Education, Commercial, Retail, Sports/Entertainment and Aviation industries. We are looking to connect with established sales professionals in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, and California.

This is a straight commission, independent contractor position. Revenue Commission 25% (1st year of an annual contract), Residual Commission 10% (at annual renewal for the life of the consulting agreement). We recognize and respect your expertise, and value your existing network connections.

The Role

Looking to attract several motivated and experienced Sales/Business Development Professionals that will collaborate directly with the CEO & Founder. These professionals will be responsible for creating, implementing and executing strategies to assist with company growth and expansion, managing their sales pipeline, facilitating customer acquisitions, developing and maintaining prosperous relationships with clients, and representing Cura effectively in the marketplace.

Our Desires

  • 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in a consulting or related professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities with high client retention
  • Clear and transparent communication, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Leadership
  • On-the-spot flexibility and a broad knowledge base
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Sales experience and insight in consulting, hospitality, education, retail, or healthcare industries are a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
