In this role, you will be a member our rapidly growing Program & Project Management team. The PM team's standard is to 'manage each project like we own it'. We are unique in that we provide in-house cost management and project scheduling along with program and project management, in a fully integrated package. We are currently looking for a Cost Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Hillsboro,OR. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a role where you will be exposed to numerous projects within the high tech sector and continue to grow your career. Come join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounting tasks, including monthly invoicing, including invoice review, subcontractor budget tracking, coordination with accounting staff, and responding to invoicing questions.
  • Assist in preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Maintain project files.
  • Provide administrative support, including coordination with subcontractor firms, compiling paperwork, maintaining administrative files.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for site visits, project meetings, and other project related activities.
  • Aid with the collection, review, status, and organization of project documentation, data deliverables, and closeout documents.
  • Provide administrative support to Directors, Project Manager(s) and to the Project Team.
  • Support departmental and project meetings, both internal and client facing, via calendaring, coordinating refreshments/meals, developing meeting agendas and notifications, taking meeting notes, and following up on appropriate action items.
  • Develop program recommendations, planning documents, and reports.
  • Support client environmental compliance efforts.
  • Support senior team members in corresponding with client contact. 
  • The previous list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field is highly preferred. A combination of education and work experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 1-2 years' prior related field experience in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Ability to be work with proficiency in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
