3 Days a Week Only No Weekends No Major Holidays

Permanent, non-Seasonal Position with Flexible Scheduling Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities Include: 

•  Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
•  Entering payments
•  Billing
•  Responding to emails
•  Providing timely and effective responses to our customer's requests
•  Managing customers’ accounts
•  Recording customer and vendor information accurately
•  Scheduling of delivery and service calls
•  Facilitating drivers when off the premises

Job Requirements Are:

•  Strong interpersonal skills
•  Ability to multi-task
•  Sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs. 
•  Precise and efficient data entry
•  Strong organizational and communication skills 
• Adherence to call scripts for collections, scheduling, and sales
•  Ability to perform high volume tasks
•  Ability to switch priorities and tasks at a moment’s notice

Qualified Applicants Should Have:

•  High school graduate or GED minimum a must
•  At least two years experience in clerical/business environment preferred
•  Previous experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment preferred
•  Excellent MS Office Application Skills - Word, Excel a must
•  Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment helpful
•  Previous accounting or billing experience preferred
