Sales Position Description:

Residential Water Treatment Consultant offering a variety of water treatment solutions including water softeners and safe, healthy drinking water systems.

· Follows a proven methodology to discover water problems and apply Culligan Ultrapure solutions that solve for water problems. Uses technical water testing and demonstrations.

· Develop a solid marketing plan that will consistently self-generate new leads and maintain lead conversion ratios for company-provided leads.

Service Position Description:

The position installs, upgrades, maintains, repairs, and provides diagnostic analysis on water equipment for our residential customers. Typical equipment includes reverse osmosis systems, water softening systems, and other water treatment systems.

Job Qualifications:

• BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 1 year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
• Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.
• Community involvement.
• Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
