About This Position:

We are actively searching for a data specialist,responsibilities include collecting and entering, and extracting data in databases, and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms, as well as sales or customer service experience.

What to Expect:

  • Compensation is $15/Hour
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary and Accident / Life Benefits, and 401K plans.
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days.

Expectations:

  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
  • Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
  • Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communication with past clients, current clients, and prospects. 
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients with CRM ensuring all communications are logged, and information is accurate. 
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

Work Experience

  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with Office and data programs
  • 2 years Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanners.
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • High school diploma: additional computer training or certification will be an asset.

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Cell Phone
