CTSI-Global is Hiring a Global Account Manager Near Memphis, TN

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be the central point of contact for day-to-day interaction with top tier client base. Initiate business solutions and process improvements through report preparation, data analysis and research.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly responsible for managing all activity and supporting assigned customer accounts.
  • Review and analyze weekly and monthly client data and develop modifications and/or recommendations to improve the client processes.
  • Review and analyze weekly exceptions to improve process flow and coding logic.
  • Create new weekly and monthly reports in accordance with client requirements and requests.
  • Customer Service support for all client questions in regards to logic, business rule changes, and improved business strategies.
  • Participate in scheduled conference calls and/or in meetings for assigned client base.
  • Conduct or support Quarterly Business Reviews for assigned client base.
  • Create Client Relationship Manuals (CRM) according to template design.
  • Provide training and client support for on-line reporting tools.
  • Submit programming Service Requests for business rule changes or system modifications.
  • Provide back-up support as designated by management, as well as train back-up on current assigned accounts.
  • Work in conjunction with other internal departments when necessary to research/resolve client and system issues.
  • Assigned to a Team Manager for senior support.
  • Responds to change productively and handles other essential duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics preferred and at least a minimum of four (4) years of related experience and/or training with transportation management systems; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills/Abilities
Professional knowledge

  • Industry knowledge of transportation, logistics and supply chain.
  • International knowledge of all required shipping and auditing criteria including commodity, duty, tax and associated paperwork and guidelines.
  • Systems knowledge of implementation, table setup and maintenance, audit and coding logic, exception queue management, AS/400 and SQL queries, MS Office, and transportation management systems.
  • Communication
  • Client relationship skills.
  • Effective communications with clients and interoffice/headquarters staff to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions via email and/or phone.
