A multi location dental practice with its head office located in Stratford, CT is looking for an experienced HR/Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of HR and Operations. 

Theresponsibilitiesof the HR/ Operation Specialist will include, but NOT LIMITED to:

• Manage multiple dental practice issues at one time
• Build quick rapport and credibility with dentist and staff
• Evaluate the efficiencies related to the flow of processes within dental practice
• Work with dental software program (Dentrix) to analyze reports
• Stay in communication with dentist and team
• Conduct monthly managers meeting with owners
• Visit the other offices – when applicable
• P & L Management
• ADP - Run Payroll
• Bookkeeping through QuickBooks

You must have the followingessential skills:

• Ability to self-direct and stay focused while working independently, including being resourceful and problem-solving
• Self-motivation
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfort in learning and using digital tools (i.e. google docs, QB etc.)
• High level of organizational skills
