CSCI Consulting is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager Near Indianapolis, IN

Job Description  

CSCI is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for the recruitment of skilled professionals to support CSCI’s federal and state clients. The candidate must have past experience managing a team as well as robust experience performing recruiting activities for other entities. CSCI is seeking a working manager for this position to lead and mentor a team as well as assist with recruitment activities. 

Responsibilities 

  • Define and implement repeatable processes.
  • Manage time to hire processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of CSCI’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and talent expectations.
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent.
  • Differentiate CSCI from other companies by creating a memorable candidate experience and provide above and beyond customer and candidate expectations.
  • Use creativity to develop tailored recruitment plans for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Attract and build robust candidate pipelines through job postings, sourcing, referrals, industry organizations, social media, and resume databases.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by screening applicants, analyzing responses, verifying information, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Improve CSCI brand, candidate experiences and recruiting processes by recommending new procedures based on industry best practices, emerging trends, and candidate feedback.

Minimum Requirements 

  • Experience in inside sales, recruiting, staffing or business development with the ability to succeed in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, inter-personal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively with a sense of urgency and creativity.
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
  • Experienced in establishing positive relationships with prospective candidates/clients and within a team-based environment.
  • Possess motivation to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • All candidates must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
  • A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Professional presence is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
