As an Accounting Clerk, you will be working in a challenging, fast-paced environment with our electronic document recording customers. Some of the things you will be doing:

• Payment processing
• Answering phones
• Fulfilling client orders
• Data entry of client information
• Reasoning and problem solving skills
• Be willing to change directions and always on the lookout for better processes. Must be agile

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

• Proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook
• Attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Strong keyboarding and computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in e-mail
• Ability to work independently and function as part of a team
• Office/Accounting experience preferred
• Degree in Accounting preferred, but not required
