CSA – Careers is Hiring a Site Manager Near Carson, CO

CSA is seeking a Site Manager who will oversee task order personnel in support of our Army client in Fort Carson, CO.

This position is contingent upon award of contract, and salary will be determined post-award.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all contractor performance requirements at the MTC
  • Routinely interface with the MTC Director and provide the MTC Director status updates relating to all contractor performance requirements.
  • Perform scheduling, management coordination, training execution, and Contractor continuing education training
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum eight (8) years’ experience with military training and training support
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience with training management within a MTC or similar operation
  • Prior experience in operations and training requirements at a Brigade level or higher
  • Completion of the Army Command & General Staff College (CGSC), Intermediate Level Education, or equivalent level military schooling
  • Prior service as a Centralized Selection List (CSL) battalion or brigade commander (preferred) or as a BN/BDE XO or S3
  • Active Top Secret clearance

$80,000 - $105,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications. The actual pay rate may be different upon contract award.
