CSA – Careers is Hiring an Operations Specialist Near Fort Riley, KS

CSA Capstone is hiring an Operations Specialist.

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a master training calendar per MTC (Outlook, SharePoint, current knowledge management tools or approved Government scheduling tools) to schedule and track the usage of all MTC facilities and space.
  • Incorporates/establishes processes to (a) receive training/non-training requests, (b) track received requests by type and category, and (c) post scheduled events onto the calendar(s).
  • Ensures the calendar(s) are up-to-date and display the most current data. Tracks usage and other critical data as required by the Government for all training/non-training events using Government systems.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience on a US Military staff (Battalion or higher). 3 years of experience in the management of project, program, or site of similar size, scope, and complexity
  • Active Secret Clearance
