CSA Capstone is looking for a Network Engineer.

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities:

• Plans, constructs, and manages networks to ensure they are optimized, functioning, and secured ICW MTC ATO standards.
• May serve as the Network Manager or as ISSO.
• Plans and develops all network diagrams, information flow diagrams, and hardware/software lists, and change requests in support of MTC simulation events.
• Attends all work groups and planning sessions for communications architecture and exercise support with planners from outside agencies (MCTP, GSC, JS-J7, etc.), other simulation facilities MTCs, NEC, and participating tactical units.
• Plans for the distribution of data, voice, and VTC over both LAN and WAN in both classified and unclassified modes for simulations/stimulation networks, Combat Net Radio integration, and approved connections to tactical networks.
• Enforces and inspects Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), network scans, and vulnerability mitigation/remediation to ensure all network equipment meet the required Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Army and DOD standards, and RMF ATO compliance.
• Provides direct input and assists with the management of the MTC eMASS record by maintaining MTC RMF documentation to include STIGs checklists, network diagrams, information flow diagrams, and hardware/software lists, and Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM).

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree in network management or a related field
• IAT Level II and Computing Environment
• Active Secret Clearance
