Our team works on diverse projects from inception through planning, design, and support of construction efforts. CRWs projects take us from Alaska's North Slope to the US southern border and places in between. You will work with local, state and federal governments and private entities on a myriad of projects.
We are seeking candidates interested in working collaboratively with CRW planners, architects, engineers, and other staff in the following areas under supervision of the Office Manager:
- Coordinating and enter project and staffing data into resource management software
- Becoming proficient using the firms data entry, tracking, filing, and procurement software
- Becoming proficient using the firms Client Resource Management software program
- Coordinating and tracking employee training, licenses, and certifications for firm employees
- Maintaining and developing company guidance documents
- Creating and managing company wellness program
In addition to the above, the successful candidate with have the following secondary duties when needed:
- Serve as back-up to the receptionist and other administrative staff (during lunches, appointments, vacations, etc.)
- Answer telephones and direct calls accordingly
- Greet visitors, sign them in, and direct to appropriate location
- Coordinate and facilitate corporate functions
- Updating the firms client contact database
- Support various departments with document formatting, report/proposal reproduction, database entry, scheduling, other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, college experience a plus
- Minimum of 3-years experience in an office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software programs (Word and Excel)
- Experience formatting documents in Microsoft Word
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Proficiency learning new software programs
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
