Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Overview: We are seeking a stand-alone Electrical Project Manager with a robust background in construction, specifically managing 3-5 projects at a time, ranging from $1-10 million. Expertise in new construction, renovations. The ideal candidate will have experience in diverse sectors, including commercial buildings, large-scale residential buildings, government projects, wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), and airport hangars. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects in these varied settings, from conception to completion, with a focus on mid-sized projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the construction industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, specifically managing projects in the $1-10 million range - Ground-up and New Additions in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety compliance, coding and standards in the context of mid-large sized construction projects across diverse sectors and project types.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, especially in construction settings.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification and P.E. License is a plus.
• No maintenance electricians or job hoppers please.
